One Armored.

Sharing adaptive fitness and everyday life with one arm, so limb difference feels seen and understood.

Our Story

I’m Jamie, Registered Nurse, mom of three, and I was born with one arm!

I created One Armored to fill a gap: to provide visible representation and practical guidance for people living with limb differences. From showing children what’s possible, to supporting parents, to adaptive fitness, this work is rooted in lived experience and compassion

At its core, One Armored is about awareness, inclusion, and honoring the many ways strength can look and feel.
